frau pimpinella hat mal wieder eine schöne fotoaktion angeregt. und frau s. wird zumindest, wie immer, den anfang mitmachen. mit der langstrecke hat sie's dann ja meistens nicht so. ;)

diese woche gucken wir nach unten. im jin-mao tower in shanghai. dort kann man in die lobby des grant hyatt gucken. von etage 88 auf etage 54. das ist auch irgendwie nach unten... ;)

...eines wochenendes.
im souterrain wurde aus dem rümpelraum, der zu bauzeiten als aufenthaltsraum diente, das gästezimmer. noch nicht ganz fertig (die grässliche decke musste erstmal bleiben), aber immerhin so, dass jemand problemlos übernachten kann. :)
... of a weekend.
out of a lumber-room located at the basement, which was the "lounge" during construction, a guestroom was made. well, not totally ready yet (the ugly ceiling had to stay), but good enough to shelter lovely guests. :)
wow - was für eine turbulente zeit!
die frau s. weiß gar nicht, wo ihr der kopf steht - nun, zumindest hat sie ihn noch auf dem hals - immerhin. ;)

in windeseile wurde das haus soweit fertig gemacht, dass man einziehen konnte - sogar der staatsdienst hat uns beim streichen geholfen! ;)
in a hurry the house has been prepared so that you could move in - even the civil service lent us a hand! ;)
na gut - es gibt immer noch genügend baustellen. hier eine fehlende steckdose, dort eine fehlende zarge. aber umgezogen wurde trotzdem - mit vielen fleißigen helferlein. hut ab - ihr wart großartig!!!
okay - there is still a lot to do. a missing electrical socket here, a missing frame there. but we have moved anyway - with a lot of helping hands. thanks a lot - you have been great!!!
alles in allem haben sich frau s. und herr m., inkl. hund, eingelebt. das chaos wurde rechtwinkelig angeordnet und der alltag kehrt so nach und nach wieder ein.
für frau s. hieß das, gleich mal 2 tage auf der hannover-messe arbeiten. uff. zwei tage stehen ist echt anstrengender als ein umzug. ;)
eventually frau s. and herr m. are quite back to normal, including the dog. the chaos is sorted and the daily life comes back step by step.
so frau s. had to spent 2 days on the exhibition in hannover. puh! two days standing around is much more exhausting than moving. ;)
und dann gleich weiter zum bäume beschneiden bei den besten freunden. die renovieren gerade einen alten bauernhof. da gibt's noch ne menge zu tun - und so zwischendurch mussten auch die bäume in form gebracht werden, damit beim nächsten sturm nix auf die straße fällt.
and then we had to cut some trees at our friend's home. they are renovating an old farm. there's really a lot to do - and in between the trees had to be cut so they won't fall down on the street when it gets stormy.
und jetzt - nach all dem vielen hin und her - hat sich die frau s. die rüsselpest eingefangen. na herzlichen dank auch! HAAATSCHIIII! :)

so. ein bisschen pause ist nötig. der umzug steht kurz bevor und frau s. kurz vor'm durchdrehen.
na, und dem stromverbrauch tut weniger netzaufenthalt ja auch mal ganz gut.

gegen all das grau des wetters und all das grau der schlimmen nachrichten, ist die aktion "keep calm and lure spring" genau richtig.
das leben braucht wieder etwas farbe! niemanden hilft es, wenn alle nur noch den dunklen gedanken nachhängen. die farben locken nicht nur den frühling - sie locken auch die hoffnung!

live needs colour! it doesn't help when everyone is dissapearing in dark thoughts. colours do not only lure spring - they lure hope!
